The landscape run in Haina-Dodenhausen takes participants over the three mountains Hohes Lohr, Jeust, and Wüstegarten. On April 5, 2025, the 21st 3-Mountains Run will take place, with all three courses (including walking) starting at 1:00 PM at the sports field in Dodenhausen. The running distances are 4.3 km, 13.7 km, and 26.3 km, and are part of the Waldeck-Frankenberger Running Cup as well as the Hessian Speedtrail Cup. The long-distance route has an elevation difference of more than 950 meters and offers participants a challenging and scenic course.
